  1. In which organ is this calcification located?

    Liver

    Incorrect.
    Gallbladder

    Incorrect. However, this is cannot be distinguished from the correct answer using only this image. This patient underwent cholecystectomy (removal of gallbladder) and the calcification was still present.
    Portal Vein

    Incorrect.
    Kidney

    Correct. This right upper quadrant calcification is superimposed on a contrast-filled gallbladder. Differential for a right upper quadrant calcification includes a gallstone or renal stone. The right kidney is posterior to the gallbladder.
